2015
Our founders Dumitru Leahu and Alexandrin Speaniu started out as crew in a garage with a dream of something bigger. They wanted to grow Phoenix United into a company that transformed the telecommunications industry. They wanted to ensure the proper training, care, and safety for anyone that was employed at Phoenix United.
2020
With an ever so growing telecommunications industry the emergence of a new generation cellular network (5G) needing to be built, and more crews to oversee, it was time to grow their corporate structure with the addition of Adriana Brown as Finance Director and now CEO. With the addition of Mrs. Brown, Phonix United moved into a new Headquarters in Warminster, PA, where we currently reside.
2021
With a growing corporate staff, and growing presence in telecommunication industry, our founders wanted to launch their training program, that would allow proper training for new and experienced tower climbers alike. Including of the training program, PXU grew with international team members from 4 out of 7 continents, including members in our Production Staff, Human Resources Staff and Public Relations Staff.
