About the Role
Phoenix United is seeking experienced and reliable subcontractor tower crews to perform antenna and line work projects on behalf of AT&T. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of AT&T's antenna systems and transmission lines across the country.
We are looking for subcontractor tower crews with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight timelines, as well as a deep understanding of the safety regulations and best practices associated with antenna and line work. If you are a dedicated, reliable, and skilled professional who is committed to providing excellent service, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in antenna and line work, with a focus on telecommunications projects.
Extensive knowledge of antenna systems, transmission lines, and other telecommunications infrastructure.
Experience managing and leading tower crews, including supervising and training personnel.
Strong technical skills, including experience working with RF, fiber optics, and coaxial cable.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Ability to travel as needed to various job sites across the country.
