About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced subcontractors to join as a troubleshooting tiger team for antenna and line projects with clients like AT&T, VZW, and TMO.
As a troubleshooting tiger team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' networks are operating at optimal performance. You will work closely with our clients' technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to antenna and line. This may include performing site surveys, conducting quality control checks, and resolving network outages and other technical issues.
We are looking for subcontractors who have a strong background in antenna and line work, as well as experience troubleshooting complex technical issues. Additionally, we are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements
To be considered for a position on Phoenix United's troubleshooting tiger team for antenna and line work projects, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in antenna and line work: Candidates should have a strong background in antenna and line work, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues: Candidates should have experience troubleshooting complex technical issues related to antenna and line work, with a focus on identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Strong communication skills: Candidates should have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment: Candidates should be proficient in using technical tools and equipment related to antenna and line work, such as signal meters, spectrum analyzers, and cable testers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment: Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Valid driver's license: Candidates should have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
Strong attention to detail: Candidates should have strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and accurately.
Commitment to safety: Candidates should have a strong commitment to safety, with the ability to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times, including when working at heights and using safety equipment.
